Spanish Bit Resort & Casino

Currently under development, the Spanish Bit Resort and Casino will feature a 600 room resort, hotel, and spa; a 120,000 square foot full-scale casino, with restaurants and retail; a 40,000 square foot indoor waterpark, with full amenities; a 80,000 square foot events center facility with maximum seating capacity up to 5,000 persons per show that will entertain rodeo, concerts, poker tournaments, and other major events; and an outfitter station that will provide ample outdoor recreational activities.

This state-of-the-art project will be the premier destination resort facility in the High Desert Area of Northern Nevada, also servicing Southern Idaho and Western Utah. Construction is expected to commence in the Summer of 2008 with an expected completion in early 2009.  The project design will incorporate the use of renewable solar and wind energy resources and is targeted at LEED Platinum certification.  The Spanish Bit Resort & Casino will be open year-round and will provide family entertainment servicing both “day trippers” as well as vacation-stay guests.
